Trauma

Trauma

In injuries called trauma, it is possible to minimize the effects of bone, muscle or joint damage with fast and effective treatments. In cases of trauma that causes restriction of movement or severe pain, intervening with modern surgical methods is very important in eliminating the damage caused by trauma.

Short and semi-rigid casting is preferred instead of classical casting, which completely restricts muscle functions in cases of injuries such as falls, traffic accidents or crashes. Daily lives of patients become easier with this plastering treatment, which is one of the modern treatment techniques and allows early muscle functions.

The healing time can be accelerated by using bone stimulators for the treatment of stress fractures or small bones caused by trauma, while the intramedullary nailing technique can be applied to heal long bone fractures in the legs and arms.

Arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of post-traumatic intra-articular damage provides quicker recovery and minimizes muscle and tissue damage.
